Frequently Asked Questions .....

Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

It's not so much about standing out it should be about providing professionalism, quality, and service dedicated to the customer. Each photographer is an artist, bringing their unique perspective to a project through their eyes, but treating your customer with respect and caring is where one will stand out.

What do you like most about your job?

Photography has been a major interest to me for many years. I am largely self-taught in the photographic arts but continue to seek out new ideas and learning opportunities. I am currently learning to produce prints utilizing methods of the 1800’s, both Vandyke and Salt Print photography.

What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

Are you flexible? Flexible with time, editing, and photos. Your event is very important, one that you will remember forever and the decision for a photographer should not be taken lightly. Your trust in me as your photographer is very important and making you happy with my photographs is what I want as your photographer.

If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

I have no secrets. You ask a question and I will provide you with an honest answer. The experience I have gained is to be shared with all; honesty to the customer and mentoring for those starting out in photography.

What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

I enjoy searching for that one special scene, from within the forest, driving in the country, or simply from my own backyard garden or yours. I realize beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I hope you that you also will find beauty in my photography or paintings.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Do not be afraid to ask any question and do not be afraid to compare. If I cannot answer your questions clearly and to your liking, I should not be your photographer.

How did you decide to get in your line of work?

Starting as a hobby, I enjoy hopping on my motorcycle, getting lost in the country and photographing all the way home. I then began incorporating my photographs into paintings. Seen through the lens of a camera and brought to canvas through my interpretation of colors and style.

Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

I am largely self-taught in the photographic arts but continue to seek out new ideas and learning opportunities. I am currently learning to produce prints utilizing methods of the 1800’s, both Vandyke and Salt Print photography. I am also pursuing a degree in the Fine Arts.

What is your greatest strength?

It is my goal to create beautiful and lasting photographic images that will touch the hearts and lives of each and every client who places their trust in me for years to come.
